Job Summary

An Elmhurst based company is seeking customer service representatives to join their team.

Duties will include:

  • Answer inbound calls and emails (Outlook) from customers and use Service Center (proprietary software) to open a service ticket
  • Handle an average of 100 calls/emails per day
  • Use service center to locate the customer’s ATM and assign service ticket to appropriate field technician
  • Update customer with status of service ticket and close the service ticket when complete
  • If issue is unable to be resolved, escalate ticket to appropriate party
  • Provide high level of customer service via phone and email
  • Provide ticket updates to clients over the phone (some outbound)
  • Data entry of call information into their computer system
1 or more years of experience in a non scripted call center
Experience within an office setting
Ability to utilize excel to enter data and create spreasheets
Ability to navigate through outlook
